Here is the letter Superintendent Mackey sent to the TEA in response to Mrs. Samules long winded and rambling fax.

Notice the “…I am the Senior Board member” thing? We will see more of tings like this. Too bad that the Senior member has so little regard for silly things like rules and laws.

 

 

 

Here starts the “Blame Game”. Let’s blame the PAC 100. Notice her fearful words “…could lead to the Demise of our School District”. She also in this page accuses the “majority board” of violating policies. It is one of those, “Pot, meet Kettle” things. She has taught them well.

 

Also notice how she spreads blame to the School attorney, Melody Chappell. Funny how Samules, with 10 years of board experience never noticed this before or mentioned it.

 

 

 

Samules jumps around too much to be understood. Again, she attacks the PAC 100.

Notice though, that she NEVER mentions the fact that SHE sought the support of the PAC 100.

(I saw her twice at the “interviews”)

 I guess she just forgot to mention that.

 

Look at the last paragraph. Now, she cries about the Superintendent. It continues to the next page…

 

 

 

More and more babble from a mad woman.

 

 

                        From the above we see that, aside from not being able to spell and having a poor command of the English language, she blames anyone and everyone for the problems of the Board. Not once did she mention her disruptions. Reading the whole fax I see why the school board got a monitor. I think the people at the TEA wanted to see for themselves what kind of town would keep this person on the board for ten long years.

 

 

 

Reviewing the agenda by someone who can speak English and has knowledge of what legal documents should include and have removed to keep the district and idiot trustees out of court. Sounds like S.O.P. – Standard Operational Procedure, to me. Then again, she has been Senior Board member for hundreds of years now and knows the legal way of it all – right? Even after all of these years she has no idea how and why things are done.

 

Then she starts in on the 12th grade failure list. This was the list “from a citizen” that raised more questions then answers. To this day there has never been an explanation of who gave the list to Samules, how that person got the list, who in the district administration gave the list to the citizen, why was the list given to the citizen, was the list correct, etc., etc., etc. to me, that whole incident stunk. Kinda like the guy waving a hand full of papers at the television cameras and saying he had the names of over 100 people who worked for the government and were Communist!!! Yeah, right…

 

Then she starts with “The Board Members and the Family Member that works for the District”. Sadly though, her niece’s name is not on the list. You didn’t know? Samules tried to get her niece hired on through Kelly, the temp agency, but she couldn’t do it. So Samules has tried for a while now to boot the Kelly agency out of the PAISD. Funny, you’d think she would have mentioned that. Being so pious and all…

 

 

 

 

Here she continues with telling about the rampant nepotism in the PAISD. Imagine that! And she is right! Principals at the high school and 9th grade campus related to one another and their daughter ran a business that got their business from you know where. Elmore and Minix become board members and their husbands get promotions. Go figure.

 

Julia then starts her whinning about not being board president. Jesus, by her argument, because she is Senior Black Wig Wearing Woman Who Can’t Write a Proper English Sentence and Likes To Bully People When She Doesn’t Get Her Way, she should be president every year. Truth is the PAISD “rotation system” of picking a board president, like the City of Port Arthur’s system is stupid. Last year when Greg Flores declined the nomination, I thought he was an idiot. But after watching this train versus bus full of nuns and babies wreck, I can see where a person with experience and a better command of English would suit the needs of the board.

 

 

 

 

 

Here she tries to use her son’s military service to bolster her argument. I’m surprised she didn’t include the words to “God Bless America” and pictures of puppies. Next, she’ll threaten to sue everyone. And again, she throws in the PAC 100. Let me share something with you all. Julia Samules attempted to get the support of the PAC 100! At least twice that I know of! When I had signed up to run for trustee the first time, I pulled out due to the wife having complications with our second child during her pregnancy. I was scheduled to go before the PAC 100 and pitch myself for their support and money. I saw Elmore. Flores, and guess who? That’s right – Julia Samules!!!

 

The next year, this time with a healthy wife and new baby boy, I ran again. And I met with the PAC 100 again. And guess who was there, again, trying to get money? Julia Samules. So, don’t believe her crap about the PAC 100. Or believe it but remember why she dislikes them so. It’s not because they have ruined our district, but because they didn’t support her.

 

 

 

 

 

Here we see Samules take a stab at threatening the TEA. She should have learned from the district’s lawsuit against Klein that she couldn’t win any “Legal action”.  Also notice – she sends her faxes to Governor Perry. Haven’t figured that one out yet. Not like he is gonna come down and do something.

 

More fuel for the fire, folks. Samules isn’t below threatening anyone to get her way. Really sad. And sad for our kids. She hates Mackey – don’t know why. I have spoken with many employees in the district who don’t like Mackey. To me, that is the sign of a good boss. You are not there to be liked. You are there to do the job. I didn’t care for Mackey at first. But like the City Manager, I have a respect for the man because I have seen the fools, idiots, and dimwits they have to deal with.
